> Featuring both virtual and in-person elements, the Lounge allows employers to showcase their company culture, review candidate profiles, and host 15-minute one-on-one meetings at the Career Hub. 

> For job seekers, it’s an opportunity to explore employer/recruiter booths, learn about open roles, and engage directly with hiring teams—all designed to create efficient, targeted, and impactful recruiting experiences for those who will be on-site at NASPA’s Annual Conference and are looking to connect talent with opportunity.


> The virtual platform will open Monday, March 2, 2026. 

> In-person chats will be held Monday March 9, 2026 from 9am-4pm local time and Tuesday, March 10, 2026 from 9am-3pm local time.


March 2 - Virtual Platform Opens: Job Seekers can browse job listings, request informational conversations, and submit applications. Employers can review Job Seeker resumes, application information, and schedule them for 15 minute informational conversations on site March 9-10, 2026 at NASPA’s Annual Conference.


March 9-10 - Informational Interviews: During the 15-minute in-person informational interviews or conversations, the following activities will typically take place:
